I am also called Dan and it happens all the time. Variations are - "cock" "dickhead" and "bellend". After a while I gave up correcting them.

There's a difference between him being disappointing so far, and him being a disappointment. The key words are "so far"

It's very rare for me to disagree with you, but I don't think he has been disappointing so far. I was mightily impressed by him against Burnley - playing off the last defender, he gave us a whole new (and threatening) option - and even in his 45 minutes against Derby I thought he held the ball up well and generally had a decent first touch.

Ok it did sound like he had a poor game against West Ham, and he did miss an absoloute sitter in that game, but it's only one game. Every one has a poor game now and then. Even Lambert and Lallana.

Sharp has shown some good stuff to me. His tocuh looks good and he positions himself near where he thinks it'll lead to a goal scoring opportunity.... I like that. I understand some people saying they are disappointed, but don't be. I believe he is just adjusting to the speed of our free flowing passing that is all. Once he knows and gets used to the team, he'll fly.

Tadanari looked quite sharp (should have used a different adjective!) for 20 minutes, but for the whole half he played against Derby I felt he wasn't on the same wave length of the team and infact was some way off. For example, when the full backs got the ball, he didn't "show" and a couple of times Lallana looked to put one between the CB and Full back, but Tadanari wasn't looking for that pass. His work rate and closing down is great and he'll be awesome for us I am sure, but he looked like he needs time to adjust to the English game...... then he smacked a beauty in the top corner, so what do I know.

I do know that we will be very spoilt when they do click.

I didn't see the Burnley game, nor did I listen to it, so won't comment on that. But fair enough - I've said countless times I've thought he'll come good (and indeed in yours, and others minds he has already) but we'll differ on this point!

Well Said

Please can you stop doing this? If you have a point to make, make it yourself. Don't quote every post saying "well said", it's so boring.

No, I'm agreeing with someone

Yes, but you're providing no substance and as a result adding nothing to the debate or forum. It becomes very tedious to see the same post from you time and time again... "Well said"...."This"...."Agree".

Think they both have their roles. Just speculation, but Sharp might be better at home, when we can work our passing game a little more, while Lee might be more of a weapon away, when teams look to press more and we need his ability to stretch the field. Don't think that we'll regret either signing.

Especially considering Tad was "free"...

You do realise I've only done it twice so no need to make a big deal out of it is there?

lets be honest, for the short time i've been on this forum i've seen you do it sooooooooooooooo many more times than twice. off the top of my head i can remember you doing it on that thread about how much you respect girls and how you're under the thumb a few times.
