Assuming it's completed by then. (I would expect it to be but this is Hull City luck we're talking about)

He will probably be getting goals in the prem next season.

But not good enough for us apparently.

Too highly priced for us, and not fitting into our style of play, is more accurate.

Bugger, guess its good news really for us, but I was looking forward to watching him tomorrow I appreciate watching good players ply their trade. How's this going to affect Donny might we see a change of shap and tactics from them? Hoofball possibly?

Nobody said he wasn't good enough for us, they said he wasn't right for us.

I think he was too much money. We're not mega rich like West Ham, Southampton and West Ham so we have to be sensible. No point getting a cob on about it, let's just get on with it.

I'm surprised, I thought he'd decided to at least see out the rest of this season at Donny.

The fee he's going for isn't far off the combined fee's for our entire squad, so I don't really think it's a surprise that we didn't bid.

I wonder how compatible Sharp and Lambert will be. Both play on their own a lot. Adkins should know, he knows both inside out. Wouldn't be the first manager to get the balance wrong though.

HoofDiouf sounds like a good idea, start McLean, it was him earlier in the season that got booked for "trying to bend the defender into the corner of the net". It's all Diouf deserves after standing over a player with a leg broken in more than one place taunting him about it.

I wonder IF SAINTS will try and cash in on Lambert now. Gary Hooper has problems at Celtic at the moment. UnLikely but ya never know.
