He had a calf injury 2 week ago - it isn't all stemmed from a lack of fitness due to not having a pre season. It would of course push him back a bit, but as he hasn't been making the bench that is an indicator there has been something more than a lack of fitness.

 

Dowie signed Pouso, and Curbs had nothing to do with Gibbs signing.

Who signed Gibbs? It always struck me as odd as it didn't seem like a curbs signing.

 

It would have been Curbs. One of the very few that he got wrong in 15 years.
