Why is there a whole thread dedicated to taking the pi$$ out of one of our best posters? We have lost enough good ones recently as it is.

Perhaps Shaks should start a threat called “who is as big face to face as they are behind their keyboard” - I can think of a few that aren’t

I’m sure Shaks is a great guy, he comes over as one on here but I’ve not met him (or any of you)

I’m definitely one who is ‘braver’ on here than in real life. Or, to put it another way and more accurately, I see these online sites as a place to talk total bollox, with the occasional bit of serious football talk. If I ever meet people in person I would treat them with the same courtesy I treat anyone I meet in person.

On this thread, I sincerely hope I’ve not offended shako, as the only comment being made is about something he has himself commented on more than once. However, it’s probably time to give it a rest.

 

I suspect that shaks will be more upset when Selby stops Warrington round about the 8th round on Saturday night than anything posted here.
As I am probably going to see him on Saturday morning I will ask him
I hope the crowd might pull Josh through but the pundits and bookies seem to think Shelby has too much in his locker.


Ps it’s going to be a long summer with no pisstakes. Only so many times you can say Rad and Orta are going to kill the club. Not sure if I am braver online than in real life I don’t know until someone tests it. What I do know is 80% of communication is by body language when face to face and a twinkle in the eye is never seen on a forum post.

Don’t agree. We’ll have a spate of departures soon to lament and a truck load of new faces to put on pedastils but in the future. Then we can say how cibicki, Ekuban and O’Kane should have been allowed stay till the end of the five year plan to fine tune their talents
