I watched their match against Fiorentina last night and I have to admit are good. Here in Spain the focus is all on Barcelona and RM so Sevilla go under the radar in terms of coverage. How do they play? They can spend 10 or 15 minutes looking ineffectual and let the opposition have the ball. Indeed their first goal last night stemmed from a Fiorentina attempt on goal!! But they are capable of upping the tempo when a goal is needed. Very, very good down the flanks. No really outstanding players but great team ethic and attractive to watch! If they quaility for the CL they will be a team to avoid for any of our representatives. As for Fiorentina lots of skill but lacked the killer pace of Sevilla to create chances!!

Getting back to your football point Ides, I also watched and was similarly impressed. In fact, I thought Fiorentina were pretty good too in attack, but as you rightly pointed out, Sevilla were able to up the tempo at crucial points. They were particularly effective down their left straight into Micah Richards [when he came on].

I'm hoping for Sevilla (or Villarreal) in our Europa League group (we will get there, wont we?). About the best you can hope for in the EL and would be a cracking away day!

Knowing our luck though we will end up in a group with HJK, Metalist Kharkiv and Astra Giurgui.

I don't travel to Spain with work though!!

I'd definitely be up for Seville as an away day. Would probably get my hair cut while I was there too.

Suddenly this Europa League we're working so hard to avoid is starting to appeal after all.

Don't think we need to worry about any destination in Europe this coming autumn following Saints as Swansea look like they will get 7th or even 6th. By the way our guys are playing they must have thought the season finished on 24th April!! And if Villa win the FA Cup all our angst and worries about the EL will be over!!
