Apparently not! I've read both English and Serbian players/ staff are in trouble with the Serb police for violent conduct, but no mention of Serbian fans being charged with racial abuse.

This is the POLICE not FIFA but the FA should step in to be honest.. how the hell does kicking a ball into the crowd warrant being served with a crime in Serbia.

Add to that, the lad was abused racially ALL game? FIFA should just ban Serbia and ALL their moronic foul mouthed fans. Sorted.
