From what I've seen of M'Villa he is more than capable of doing a job equal or better than Song, and to be fair I heard a number of people suggesting Song wasn't good enough last season (I wasn't convinced either way) so with some doubt it seems reasonable to cash in and buy someone you think is an upgrade. I don't like too much turnover on the squad as too many changes can take time to settle, but I don't see us worse off with Giroud/Pod/M'Villa to replace RVP and Song...
I disagree, but I'm sure you don't care. Look at his assists and our record with him compared to without. Why would Barca be interested if he was a liability?
Never had an issue with him and I hate Chelsea. But keep the insults on one thread, otherwise all threads turn into a war and then (rightly) get closed.
