A year out of the game he was going to need time to get back into it, towards the end of the season he started playing very well imo

Also agree with bringing in young players, as you never know, you might unearth someone decent- look at Whatmore. I only wish we would play him to find out what he's really capable of
Totally agree, he is gash. He must be totally different in training as all the managers have picked him. Hope someone is daft enough to buy him this summer
Agreed, when we do get it right in the first team, the youth system is the backbone we need to channel our funds toward even better quality and progress further. Spending half our funds every season on squad players forever seems pointless when we can produce our our own and maybe get lucky with a few handos and use our funds on pure class.
I don't think anyone's kicking off. Just think no one really gives a ****. When they bring a few youth players through it might be worth getting excited about. Up to now it just feels like a non-story.

It interests me, I love watching the reserves. I watch all the highlights and every live stream, they're way more entertaining than the seniors. Robbie Stockdale has got them playing some lovely stuff, it's ball in deck high tempo direct football, they attack with freedom.
