Yup same guy. I went on CCMB for a while after the old BBC 606 went down and didn’t have a clue about this.
Got sick of all the political rubbish on there rather than the football speak and seen this again!
Yup you’re right, the RN took me away, I’m still there however into my last 2 years!
How’s life with yourself? I see Scully still posts on here too.

We still do rubbish pal, plenty of it too! You may remember me...I was famously Tom Tit! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Masky seems to attract derisory comments on a number of threads for no reason! I have never prodded Aber’s drum, and it’ll never happen again! My Boris promise to you! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Tomlin showed some nice touches today which IMO justifies him being involved this season. Plus he certainly looked trim.

Bogle also looked good; better than Madine who got injured and Ward.

Tomlin needs to grow into a game from the start - he is no impact player.

How you'd fit him and Reid into a side I don't know, but there is scope to change things around if Tomlin comes good.

Tomlin certainly did look trim, unlike the last time I saw him. He won a foul just outside the box and was unlucky not to score from the resulting free kick which I think was deflected by a defender

On the striker front of the 3 in contention for the opening game Bogle for me starts ahead of Ward with Madine a distant 3rd even if fit.

I’ve seen some woeful strikers at our club over many years with Chris Roden, Kevin Campbell, Cameron Toshack, Redan, Eddie Johnson, Derek Showers well up there but it’s a close toss up between Madine and the truly dreadful Warren Feeney for the worst
