Chelsea fans have always been twats. One of them nicked my bobble hat in 1967.

The seats were defiantly from the Chelsea end, it's the big clubs mentality of 'they can do what they want'

    Chelsea fans were ****ing thugs.

An explosion of some kind in their end resulted in children being moved away (not sure if by stewards), a flare on the pitch, numerous crowd issues including one jumping into the Saints end and obviously seats on the pitch.

Speak for your bloody self mr ! The vast majority of our proper fans that follow the team home and away are fine. And i never saw any seats being thrown on the pitch from Saints sections of the crowd - Chelsea had most of the Northam today. They were throwing flares and bits of seat onto the pitch and setting off flares etc in their area - no problem as they are Chelsea fans so nothing will be done about it.

The guy that threw the flare on the pitch has been arrested, police are looking at footage to look for others.

    You fool.

Get your facts right before accusing people. Let this be a lesson.

We aren't know for throwing things though, are we? Not saying never (before someone finds a video) but not commonly.

NC should send them the bill for any damage done, they can afford it.

Call it a majority if you want, in which case it's an extremely vocal minority of fans who are bottom feeders. (except it's not a minority at all).

True, I just don't have to share a stadium with fans of other clubs.

So if you dont like football fans why support a football team ? In reality football fans are made up of the full spectrum of humanity, and of course some may be people you label bottom feeders but most are just normal decent enough folk supporting the team they love. Its never been any different and never will be. Saints fans are certainly not perfect but in general are as good as any others. I did not see any Saints fans do or say anything out of order at SMS this afternoon.
