I guess the Club is now thinking about where to set season tickets for 2014/15. On the one hand they will draw some comfort from a strengthening of the probability of League 1 football. On the other hand will be the threat of wide scale rejection of season tickets next time because of the truly insulting manner in which the identity cards (and tiresome restrictions) were hoisted onto these supporters and the continuing concessions on pricing for non season ticket holders which undermines the economic value of a season ticket.
Coincidently, my season ticket offer from Kent CCC arrived the other day. I can buy a season ticket for just myself or, for a payment of an extra £20, my ticket can be totally transferrable to any person for any game. Simple, straightforward, and common sense. I wonder if there is any scope for common sense at Priestfield?

I think you need to ask permission from brb before you resurrect this matter.
You know that I'm on your side - especially after the personal nonsense I have had to endure on more than one occasion. We've heard Scally say that season tickets for other membership is not transferable - so why should it be different for football. Whilst I understand his argument, from what I understand, Mr.Scally has seen sense and realised that football is different to other type of membership - and that he won't be hitting STH next year with the same nonsense as we've had to put up with this season - except for the fact that he continues to provide deals that, as you say, undermines the economic value of our tickets. Whilst this annoys me a little - I can see it from his point of view. Perhaps you might draw some comfort from the fact that our season tickets gives STH admission at a reasonable price for all 23 league games - whereas non season ticket holders get deals for only a few games ( and have to pay full price for most ).

Regarding 'deals' - I would think that it might make some sense to offer them when we have to play an evening game on the same night as Champion league games. I actually cannot see the sense in L1 & L2 teams having to play fixtures on these dates - it's so unfair on crowd figures - so perhaps a 'deal' might encourage a few more to get out of their armchairs.
 
I assume I'm correct in thinking they sold well over 3,000 for this season and the O/S was promoting that demand was high, when extending the deadline.

The problem is ST Holders have a long memory and if Mr Scally and Co think this problem has gone away they could be in for a rude awakening come the end of the season. Those non ST Holders that were an opposite vocal and non supportive of STH's will suddenly realise that the club actually rely on our cash up front, when planning the budget.

My decision...well lets see but careful consideration will be given to whether i will be departing with £700 so readily and quickly next season. So I await next season's offers and small print with interest.
 
A great incentive would be season ticket holders were allowed to see the first two rounds of the cups in the price
 
I would like to see incentive in The Season Ticket that benefits you as a Season Ticket Holder, in My Season Ticket I have got six vouchers that allow Under 12's in for £1 and that does not benefit me at all because I don't have any children, but I do know many Season Ticket Holders who do have children so these deals benefit them.

I think the club should ask fans what they want to see as incentives in your Season Ticket and the incentives should benefit you to your own individual needs, if you have children and want to take them to games for a affordable price then you want vouchers that get money off for Under 16's, if you go to a lot of away games then a few vouchers that get money off ticket prices would be greatly appreciated and I think a voucher that equals to £20 inside The Club MegaStore would be nice as well.

I understand why we brought The ID Card System in but it is clear that this system has not worked and needs re-thinking.
