In the last two seasons Lonergan has been the keeper for a relegated team one season, and in the other he's been the keeper in the back 5 of the 3rd worst team in the division defensively. Either he doesn't control his defence, or he's crap at controlling them. Either way I wouldn't be that keen on having him with our young defenders, especially as backup/reserves team keeper where they're even younger. I want someone who's good at doing it so that the defence develops, and Amos despite being much younger might be a better option in that respect.
