Some of the price rises you are predicting are incredible. If the club hikes too much it will put many people off and the club will know that. Expecting a family to find £2000+ would be ridiculous. Look at what has been said about Reading and Wigan are now cheaper than many championship clubs with attendances of around 15000.

Yes we want to be competitive but with who? We all think that the current squad shouldn't be torn apart so what are these high costs being incurred for? Cortese is a good chairman but I don't think he's a Ken Bates type that will just fleece the fans.

Certainly renewals will be cheaper, they always are but if people didn't buy one at last seasons price they won't do so with a big increase, they'll pick and choose which games to go to (not on Sky, top 6 etc). Being self sufficient is easier in the premiership because of the TV money, just don't go too mad and avoid greed like you know who!

I hope the club make a statement sooner rather than later on this issue, though until promotion is guaranteed it might be awkward. Though as I said earlier relegation didn't result in a decrease so why should promotion result in any significant increase?

The club will have no problem selling season tickets in the PL, but a few will change to buying occasional tickets. The price is going up so we might as well accept that, but I would like to see a decent reduction for U16s as we don't want to lose the young. I hope they don't revert to the earlier system where all concessions were shoved into corners...unlikely I would think.

There are 4 home games less in the premier league. I think reading have the correct approach in charging the same amount whicher league they play in next season. As a supporter between 60 and 65 I like many others have already been fleeced this season due to the change of the pensioner age. Why the delay?

Stop moaning. It's £18 to watch Lincoln lose every week in the blue square Prem ;) My last season ticket @ Lincoln was in the 1998 L1 season and cost £210. I said this is my last season after it went from £135 in L2 the season prior ;)

15 years on....£35 to watch Saints in a great stadium, part of a full house 32k (even when playing 'unfashioable prem team' )in the Prem League? Cheap IMO to be one of the lucky 32,000 to be part of that (in comparison.)

Does not make it right just because Lincoln was overcharging. I am a regular and have only missed 3 games this season. I pay for my Daughter because she is unemployed (no concessions for the unemployed) and travel 120 mile round trips by train. Therefore not much change from £80 per match. Will be considerably more if/when we are promoted. Reading only have a ground capacity of 25000 but I dont think their prices for next season are more than ours for this season. It will be fantastic to be back (hopefully) to the 'promised land' but we are in a recession. Yes we will fill the stadium no doubt, but at what price? Many will make basic everyday sacrifices.

Some of us got a 40% hike last time around so i'm expecting up to £700. Anything under £700 and i'll be reasonably content......

<wah>Happened to me too. Not too bad this season, but may work out dear next year if there is a price hike (which there will be).
