I phoned the ticket office this afternoon to find out when the season tickets would be sent out.
Apparently they are available for collection at any time, but will only be posted if you pay.
A fee was not mentioned but a friend of mine said it was £6.
No thanks - I'll collect.
Any thoughts - I think I'm being ripped off.
 
Give them a ring and explain. Surely they'd let someone collect on your behalf. They can then post to you.
 
I only live a stone throw away so not really a problem for me but the postage costs sound like a real scam all of 44p or the price of a first class stamp at most to post seems like one hell of a mark up also why wast this not mentioned when original purchasing.
 
I think I was charged £5 for postage when I bought mine, it was all put together in the Direct Debit (5 equal amounts).

It would cost that in petrol if I had to go down specially to pick it up
 
The postage cost was mentioned with the renewal documents. I elected to collect mine and my mate picked it up for me today. H Bomb's idea is a good one London. Know anyone who can do it for you?

By the way, I am told I am no better looking on my photo this year. They must be doing something wrong.

I've woken up with an extreme hangover in your house, walking distance agreed..............but a bloody long way to throw a stone <ok>
 
I see the players' list, squad numbers and management details have still not been updated on the website. I had cause to e-mail the ticketing office on another matter on Monday regarding terrible customer service (phone put down on me twice by ticket office staff when they couldn't be bothered to answer a question) and mentioned the out of date website in the e-mail. I know they are busy getiing out the ST's but I have not even received an acknowledgement to the e-mail. And that would take all of 10 seconds.
 
I rang the ticket office yesterday and they said you have until 2pm today to collect your ticket and if it's not collected they will just send it out in the post. Also if your collecting someone else she told me you just need there address <ok>
