Renewing tomorrow, and being part of the 'not getting my arse into gear quick enough' brigade, I've just realised that the deadline for spreading the cost via direct debit has now passed. I normally pay by credit card and pay it off as i see fit, but see that the club are requesting that we don't pay by this method. Anyone know how rigid the club are on the deadline date for direct debit applications, bearing in mind they would presumably prefer this method than credit card.
I've had one for 10 years and haven't renewed mine yet. Need to sort it quick before it costs be another ã50.
In the L1 season (might have been D3) we had 9,000 season ticket holders and got gates of about 16/17k. (I only remember because which ever season it was we had the same season ticket holders as Huddersfield but our gates were far bigger than theirs and it seemed weird) If we've had over 10,000 renewals already I'm not expecting our gates to drop much if anything from what they are now.
I renewed the day after I got the form and the money was out of my account a few days later, they don't mess about. I hope we get 15k. I hate it when the stadium is half empty.
Wonder how the hull daily mail will report this news hope its as good when there said hull fc SMASH THROUGH THE 6K season pass sale.
I payed by credit card - I know it's selfish, but I couldn't give a sh*t that the club don't want me to pay using that method. An extra ã4.50 doesn't do me a great deal of harm. I think average attendances will reamin similar to this season. We should sell a couple of thousand season passes this weekend when the last minute people roll in. Home form may have put people off, but if that's not a priority come August, I would be concerned
without a doubht in my mind, not just results but tactics... i know me and twf opinion isnt the most welcome on this subject..but in one of my moans last season, i did say it would be interesting to see if season pass sales would back me up..
bit dry at home true last 3 seasons.. only matches wiith 3+ goals 2008/9 WBA 3-0 2010/11 Donny 3-1 correct me if I'm wrong but the last time we scored more than that at the KC was Southampton 5-0 in the fog so most people would have missed the goals ha ha
2009/2010 Hull City 3-2 Everton 2009/2010 Hull City 3-3 West Ham The West Brom 3-0 win was away as well. Great day though - we went 3rd after that!
It looks like I was unduly concerned, Mark Maguire says we're on track to match last years season ticket sales. http://www.thisishullandeastriding....cket-mark/article-3576977-detail/article.html
There will be no fear of me getting my Didgeridoo out my friend. We have nobody capable of 15 goals per season at the moment but I live in hope. We are in need of 2 strikers (the type that can put the ball into the back of the net) a midfield General, 2 speedy effective wingers and a regular goalkeeper. I am far from impressed with what we have got and what we are looking at so far but the main thing is that we are still here.
Fryatt's goals per game ratio for us so far would give him over 15 goals in a full season and if we stick a decent target man alongside him, he should manage it easily.
Simpson scored 6 in 32, but considering he literally had about 2 chances to score in his first 15 games, I'd call it 6 in 17. 13 of those were off the bench, and in over half of those cases he was brought on in the final 10 minutes. Oh yeah, and to add to that, half the time he's been stuck on the wing. That's looking at it from my perspective, and that's why I believe he can get 15.
I love that practically everyone on here is basically saying, ****, not done mine yet, let's get it done. The last minute crowd rocks
Simpson got better every week. He was unlucky to be picked behind McLean too when he was making much more impact. I don't know if he'll get 15 goals, because I imagine Fryatt will start most weeks but he's a useful player to have.
