A voucher worth £25, not the best refund in the world, and it even suggests giving it to the trust fund.., o well still better than nothing

What type of season ticket was it on, I here they've given £25 to under 16's,wondering if that was across the board.

Sounds like it's token then. Never mind, put any surplus towards a good central defender...

****ing hell....I was led to believe it was a certain percentage, which meant the more you spent, the more you got in a refund!? £25.00 voucher?<grr>

Hold your horses Col, I don't think it'll be that for a full price adult ticket.
    I've heard it's 12%, exchangeable for cash.

Yep mine is a silver young adult ticket, which cost me 400, so I'm assuming full-price will get more than 25 pound, u can exchange your voucher for cash by sending both your season ticket card and the voucher to the box office

In that case it's about 6% that ain't "substantial" in anybody's book and it cost me £19 to upgrade a young adult to an adult for Newcastle game alone, it's a token gesture they may aswell have given us a bloody token for a pie, crisps and coke meal deal!

Is this a wind up ???
Cos if it aint then Amit has gone down in my estimation as 6% really isnt a 'Substantial' refund as mentioned . I would rather they wouldnt of even got my hopes up for a bit of my hard earned back . Truely gutted and p##### off. :(

If this is true then i really think it is disgraceful. How can the prices be lowered as they have and then have such a small refund for season ticket holders. Also does this indicate how much season tickets will cost next year ?

Also Amit saying that he resigned cos of a 40% hike , so he agrees that 35% is ok ?

This was a great opportunity for a good PR stunt, now gone wrong.

Be a matter of opinion, £50 vouchers for an adult S/T.
    I think it's OK.

Still not what i would call 'subsantial', so i'd still be a bit dissapointed to be honest.
I spent £1250 in total for me and the kids so will wait to see what i get back before i decide if im happy or not.
