Season Ticket Error?

Hi looking for clarification on something, am looking to take little one next season and noticed this on the website season tickets t&c's.

Family Stand Season Ticket (additional Terms)
1.38 Supporters under the age of 11yrs at 31st July 2013 are entitled to 1 free Season Ticket in the Family Stand when purchased with a Full paying Adult Season Ticket in the Family Stand.

Before I start trying my luck with them can anyone see anything I'm not?

It definitely looks like someone's messed up here but the t&c's clearly state it's a free child season ticket with 1 full paying adult.

1.38 does look a contradiction to me, with 11. Maybe an E mail to them may confirm the error?

Usually the worst offer that is the right one (or am I just cynical).
