I see what it's about now brb - KentOnline I voted against. Colour coding the adult and child tickets - no problem. But the the money grabbing process re lending your ticket to someone when unable to go is ludicrous. Perhaps they should extend to to non season ticket holders who buy a ticket and can't go. As far as I'm concerned once a ticket is paid for it's up to the purchaser of the ticket who uses it. I did buy some London tour tickets for my daughter using my credit card and I had to write a letter authorising her to use the tickets purchased with that card, and I think she had to produce ID. That was a security measure; she didn't have to apply for a ****ing guest ticket and pay another £5.
