Since we're back in the Championship I'll be posting quite a lot more stats details about this upcoming season.
Here's hoping we can consolidate with the help of our new players.

X (red) ...... player suspended
P (green) ..... loan player unavailable as Charlton are playing his parent Club
D (green) ..... player away on International duty

Blue ..... played whole game (green if goalkeeper)
Yellow ..... played whole game, was booked
Blue / Purple ..... started but substituted
Yellow / Purple ..... started, booked then substituted
Red ..... started, but sent off
Purple ..... came on as substitute
Purple / Yellow ..... came on as sub, then booked
Purple / Red ..... came on as a sub, then sent off
Purple / Pink ..... came on as a sub, but was then subbed

MATCH REPORT (league game 1)

The 'League Match' stat is based on regular season league matches played since August 1921.
It does not include
  • Cup games
  • Play-off games
  • Abandoned games
  • Friendlies of any kind
  • Pre-season games
  • Expunged games from the beginning of the abandoned 1939-40 peacetime season
  • Wartime league games (1939-46)
  • Any games from June 1905 to May 1921 (amateur & non-league eras)
As far as I know this is how league games are worked out.
I have checked it and it seems to be correct.

Match report now posted for the 9th August Watford home game - edited into the second post above.
I'll put each new one in a fresh post, hopefully within 24-48 hours of the game being played.

Note:
Basic match stats (possession & shots) now included at the bottom right of each table.
These have also been added to the Watford & Stevenage games.
Interestingly, Charlton have had around 42% possession in all three matches so far this season...
