If the FA meet on 19th May will we know the result before the deadline on 23rd? Because that deadline isn't just for the cheaper price, it is also the last day you can secure your existing seat, after then they will accept new customers Cynical ****ers if we won't know by then
So it was correct, disgusting from the club to rise prices by this much when there is so much money coming in, if there is no name change I will still buy one, however if the name changes there is no chance I will buy a pass
A deadline of the 23rd of May, just before the end of the season, suggests to me that the FA Council vote may be a little later than we expected.
Steve Pye @StevePye_92 Hull City east stand adult pass prices: 13/14- £395 14/15- £514 15/16- £545 £150 increase in 2 seasons
Hmm Probably just take my chance losing my seat then Never mind, it's only the one I was evicted into anyway
A very significant thing, is the statement about a season ticket still being by far the cheapest way to watch City. That means we can also expect the matchday ticket prices to increase on this seasons prices, making the average matchday price well over £30.
Any numerical types worked out roughly how many pass sales would need to drop by before there was a drop in income? Rough figures of say £40 a pass increase means 12 people fund 1 pass dropped. I reckon that means if sales are down by about 2000 passes, the club get less money...but I'm rubbish at maths. 18000 x £500 = £9,000,000 16,000 × £550 = £8,800,000 I reckon he'll see it as a price worth paying, as it's liable to be more of the anti-name changers walking away. Like last season, when the evictions and name change lost a lot of long term fans, each time it happens, it swings a vote his way.
This is disgusting given the increase in quite a number other things over the past few seasons like food and drink, some merchandise, the half time draw prize halved for the same price etc.
As someone said earlier the price list says they are intended for BPL football........so what happens if we are relegated then? Also what about the "promise" that there will be refunds available of the name is changed? I'm not in the slightest bit interested which league, but I won't be renewing without knowing the team name unless there is a refund guarantee
2015/16 Season Card Prices (intended for Barclays Premier League football) The important bit is bracketed. These are only if we stay up, folks
They should be reduced if we stay up......the % income by pass sales is "irrelevant" in Premier League .............maybe that's it, perhaps they'll go up by even more if we get relegated?!
The story in yesterday's HDM obviously came from a briefing, as it included a fair bit of detail, it also said... Currently involved in a battle against relegation from the Premier League, it is thought the prices will not change depending on what division the Tigers end up in. Though as NorthFerribyTiger has said, the increase in the corporate tickets is being scrapped if we get relegated.
