Promised her a quiet home weekend over Easter because we were out last weekend at the game.Friends have a new born and have invited us to meet her next weekend in Brighton (apparently that is important). Sounds ok but I am concerned, if we do Norwich that will be the weekend after (hopefully) quickly followed by the Play Offs. Can only piss her off so much because I have promised Ben we are off to Paris for a few days straight from Wembley if we win but he can't tell his mum or the school until then.

Pretty sure Winstons or the Purple Door won't help my case. Haven't googled them but I am certain if you and Shaks are involved it ain't going to look good on my charge sheet

OK chaps, just a few days to the Norwich match. Time to make arrangements if we're going to meet up. Those who are going appear to be:

Anyone else going? No need to get involved in a session if you don't want to. Personally, I'll just be there to say hello to the chaps as I'm driving. So feel free to pipe up, for meeting before or after the match.

Shaks, might be an idea for you to map out your movements for a starter, as your 'entourage' bogs you down commitment-wise, if you se what I mean. We can take it from there.

Marcos, can you re-iterate the Pavillion deal & the pros of using it? Not fussed myself, but I guess the 2 main attractions are cheaper beer & smaller queues to get it.

I'll be there although personal preference is Peacock first and Billy's after but will go with the flow. Peacock early is fine, it's just an hour before kick off when it gets uber busy but, last time we moved to the Pavillion around two and it was ok but certainly not queue free! Pavilion after last time very quickly ended up as warm beer in plastic bottles before being asked to leave for their function. Walked into Billy's and got served straight away. If others want to save a few bob on beer I am happy to do what the majority prefer.
