Whatcha Phil. Hope you're doing ok. I see your boys managed to beat a CCFC today. As for us, we're lulling people into a sense of false obscurity.
Regardless of the result any thoughts here on the Bagan red card? Looked mighty soft to me in real time and on video. Remember this was the referee who only yellow carded Madine after assaulting Ng after he’d been forewarned it was going to happen.
Can't comment - didn't go through choice this time rather than circumstances. From what I'm hearing I'm glad I didn't. Will have a look at the full 90 later but am becoming more disillusioned with the club by the game - I never thought I'd say that a couple of years back. Going to have to be a sea change in ownership/executive/manager to get me back there. A win of some sort on the pitch would help, but I'm not suffering any more of this ****. Sorry but as far as the club is concerned, I'm out. I'll stay on here as a long time forum member and am more than happy to comment when I feel like it and mod it for everyone who enjoys it - it's far more entertaining than the subject of its' title.
I can totally understand where you are coming from Sparks. I think professional football in general is becoming less enjoyable as a live experience for a whole host of reasons, not just our club in particular. Results obviously help, it's always more enjoyable seeing your team win than lose but I'm sure I'm not alone in having suffered some dreadful football and results following City through the years, yet we all keep coming back. Nowadays though so much of it feels false or disconnected from how it should feel (if that makes sense)? I hope you don't retract yourself completely from the club but you have to do what feels right to you. Whatever happens though mate don't forget you'll always have us grumpy old sods here to "cheer" you up!
