Would have taken that before the game but really disappointed given the half time score

Such a shame after a brave rearguard effort.
    Still it's a point that I wasn't expecting.

TBF it's a fair result. They were the better side and we were hanging on massively at the end.

Gutting because their equaliser came from a bit of a lucky deflection/bounce but thems the breaks.

Have to take it as a good point away from home against one of the supposed favourites in the division.

Encouraging signs overall but lots more work to do.

McGuinness MOTM for me with special mentions for O'Dowda and Adams.

Being honest we would have taken that before the game. Their front players were very good. Like the ball was glued to their feet.

Yep, skill levels of their front players (Dan James aside) was exceptional.
Though their constant diving was embarrassing.

Would have taken a point at kick off but that was harsh.
Deserved the win for their first half display and resolute second half efforts.
    Horrible diving Leeds.

Our lack of marking for Cooper's goal gave them the confidence to get back in the game.

Agreed on our better players. Ramsey, Wintle and Ralls need to up their games.

While Romeo did nothing wrong our defence looked better until Ng got injured.

Yep, agreed. We faded quite badly towards the end and our inability to make the ball stick up top during the second half on the odd occasions we got up there shows how badly we really need a more robust/experienced No'9...

In saying that, had Robbo been fit and able to play he could possibly have given us that know how.

All in all it's been good to get off the mark. Bit gutting to not get all three points given the position we were in but certainly can't complain with a point either.

We're still knitting together so fingers crossed things will continue to improve from here.

Ramsey did look a bit rusty but he won’t often be up against such technically good players.
Wintle was not at his best either.
A rarity today was a superb ball by Ralls leading to our opener. They usually go for a throw or goal kick.

City so need a creative dynamo in central midfield- O Brien from Forest would be ideal.

Not sure what to make of Robinson being benched for the whole game. Was he not quite fit?

Lets face it we were battered 2nd half. They should have had a few cards for the dives. Thats the best refereeing performance ive seen mind for a long time. Constant diving and the crowd demanding pens all the time but he was spot on each time.

I am surprised they celebrated as if theyd scored the winner v Real Madrid mind. I thought theyd be running back to the centre circle looking for the winner.

    Good point.

Dan James was crap. Ampadu ok.

According to Bulut pre-match Robbo was nursing a bit of a knock.

Says a fair bit about the increased depth we have in the squad now that we didn't call on him to try see us over the line.

Bit sad we'll only be getting 4 out of our usual 6 points from the Yorkshire 2nd tier minnows this season but plenty to take encouragement from but conversely plenty to work on too.

Need to try back it up with a good performance at home to the Hoops now.
