So today we've made our first signing and on paper it looks a pretty good one too. He's always been a threat whenever he's played against us so I'm really pleased we've got him.

Just wondering what Rovers, Vale or Forest Green supporters thought of him?

You have yourself a decent little player in Rigg. Always thought well of him, but at the time he was trying to break into a league one side who were doing fairly well. Should serve you well in your promotion push next season <ok>

Thanks for that Chris-Gashead, I hope you're right but I'm not convinced we'll be pushing for promotion next season

Still think we need a big lump up front.

Alright Didcot, nice to have you back. Richard Logan was released by Exeter yesterday, maybe he'd fit the bill??

I'm sure Chris Wilder will do the best he can with the budget available to him. But the goal threat last season (especially the last seven games) was poor. I do hope we get that area of our game right. I know that there is plenty of time for all the league Two managers to wheel and deal but I have a feeling that Bristol Rovers and Rotherham will be much improved this time around. On reflection last season was an improvement on the one before even though it didn't feel like it on the drive home from Burslem. Let's hope third time lucky.
