Sea Eagles v. Storm.

A top of the table clash between to great teams. The Storm come into the game with 12 straight wins under their belt, while the Sea Eagles are undefeated at home this season. Standing room only in Manly.

 

Minutes into the game, manly kick left. The ball going over the sideline, it's dragged back into play, then it flies across the field to te othet wing where a bomb is put in Storm ingoal. They let it bounce, manly score, converted 6-0.

 

13 min in, storm rucking ball out in own 20, but M. strong in defence.. kick...M take it back by Stweart.

 

M raiding, knocked on when it was in with another chance. Storm struggling.

 

20m M put ball into M ingoad. Goaline drop again.

 

50m kick. M up guts then hard left. Side to side before Williams forced into touch by M.

 

S win scrum. But forced bach in strong D. Mel knock on on own 20m. Manly feed leading 6-0.

 

M winger goes over early but held up.

 

The winger Williams, screams in pain. Looks like broken arm...maybe. possible dislocation. game stopped.

 

Shoulder and neck problem, call for stretcher.

 

Manly player hurt, but protected in play by Storm players who quickly spotted his problems. nice.

the beeak seems to have done Storm good. Strong defence. lost 1m in 5 tackles. FIGHT. M elbow. M 14 started it but Manley 11 huge upper cut. all in.

manly 13 10 min, Mel 11 10 min. they then pounded each other on way to side line. INCREDIBLE.

 

Both players called into field, still arguing. Stewart off. Blair off. Neither coming back.

 

after all that, Manly get kick in front. With injury and brawls. 1 minutes play in last 15 min. Kick good. 8-0. 27th min

 

12 aside game now more open. Storm on roll, but play stopped . Man bleeder.
