Brilliant mate. I have just arrived at a lodge down in Kent where we are having a family get together. The malt will be open later and an extra one or two to celebrate seeing the back of Donald. Happy bank holiday one and all <cheers>

Of course he did, but mainly for himself tbh.

He has no love for Sunderland, it could've been any club.

He wanted to take money out of the club, not put it in.

Sadly I don't believe everything he told you was the truth ...

... whether you choose to accept it all is your choice.

Personally I don't think he should've bought the club when he knew he had no plan B. If KLD hadn't arrived Donald could've run out of available money and created another Wigan.

KLD was born and raised in football ...

... he didn't need a chancer like Methven to take an interest in buying an English football club.

He was in England from being a teenager and knew of Sunderland then.

Exactly! Also see his early quotes, he uses the words we about buying back into football. It’s a family venture and he’s the front. They are massively connected to Sartori and his family, but yeah, CM sorted it all ha
