Time has come again for the website filters to edit out part of our opponents name out.

Shrewsbury travel to Scunthorpe in what will hopefully be a confidence building game for us. Ideally another win would be great but I always seem to remember us not doing brilliantly against them. Saying that I thought that about Col U! Just checked and we haven't beaten them since 1988.

Town have signed defender Zak Whitbread today and he might get on the bench, Black is gaining fitness and might be in contention, Barnett and Kaikai have more than likely won a starting position after last Saturday, JLAA is back after recently bring in France, Collins has probably finished paternity, and who knows if Grandison and Ellis are off the naughty step yet.

Scunthorpe sit just beneath us in the table and our players need to be wary of Paddy Madden who has 7 goals to his name, McSheffrey has 2 goals.

I would love to see us get a win and would really help us secure some confidence and those precious points.

    Stick thoughts below. Floreat Salopia.

Town one up thanks to Kaikai, Barnett also almost scores. Madden sounding a threat though.

Never out of the blocks in the second half and never threatened until the very closing minutes. Again it is proved that a back four doesn't work away from home. Both full backs were left exposed and Brown is a wing back not a defensive full back. Shame really because most of his play was decent. Ogogo was left alone at the back post several times and they were always eventually going to score with a header from there. Another penalty conceded as a result of a mad and desperate scramble to defend. Black was particularly good and it was probably no coincidence that the Iron goals came after he went.
