I've always been confident we will go up..last few weeks a bit of debt is creeping in. As mentioned we can't keep a clean sheet, we don't finish teams off when we're ahead and more worrying, we are just not that convincing. If we loose Maja with no obvious replacement then we will have problems. But for now, I have faith in Jack, I'm sure he will steer us through this dodgy time.

How many times have we managed just the one goal in a match this season?

    Pleased to see Pompy lost!

Can't kill a game off and can't keep a clean sheet. At least we ain't got a game for a fortnight so have a chance to get some much needed reinforcements in.

It looked like the goalscorer passed up the shot, took a touch, then lined up a shot at the upper 90 - not sure who was marking him as I was watching the ball, but the shooter was given plenty of time to sort through all of his options.

Every team has a dodgy patch and were having our since Xmas.
the positive is were not losing games but as has been said we need to finish teams off, that second goal is vital and were just not getting it.
little break now till our next league match so sort them out Jack.

The worst of it is if we had held on to-day we would have been in pole position to go top, one point behind Luton and two points off Pompey with a game in hand over both, thats how close we are, but we are hopeless at managing a game, why? .<grr>

I think Maja's take was our only touch inside their 6 yard box, but we missed 3 - 5 open half volleys just outside the 18 yard box. I'd devote a training session just to that.

It was definitely more a case of holding on than closing out.

And practice dead ball situations at both ends of the field while they are at it, improve these areas of our play even slightly and we will walk this league, I do hope those that think this is our bad patch are right, but unless we sort out these areas, it might not be,

We’ve been struggling for form since December, maybe even mid November. No surprise we’d have a dip but this is dragging out a bit now.

Just hope we get the players needed and re-boot for the last stage of the season as we need to step it up. A break should do us good

William Hill normally beat twitter to reporting goals by about 3.275 seconds. Have twitter on as my back up n more info.

Our midfield has no pace or mobility. A winger should be a priority and we Honeyman can't come back quickly enough.

Goals from midfield have dried right up and we are relying far too heavily on Maja for goals even more so given his contract situation. Although he often seems anonymous we've massively missed honeyman for his link between midfield and striker. Hopefully he's back in 2 weeks time. 4 of our next 5 games are at home and the one sandwiched in between is Oxford Away. Win those 5 and we will be top but knowing us we will probably win 2 and draw 3.

The players are not that faraway from being enough, obviously the Maja situation is a worry, but apart from that if we maybe sorted out our best eleven from thosr available we should be there or there abouts, a good 6 foot plus attackingmid field player to compliment Power and Honeyman would be on my wish list. <ok>

We’re three points behind them and 4 behind Portsmouth. Ok we need to put these games to bed but, from what I’ve heard, we should’ve been 3 or 4 down by half time. Win at home and draw away takes you up. We just need to do the first bit!!
