Started my mind wandering.......... We get 2 or 3 on loan to us - and they do very well (much appreciated) Then we end up playing against them in a cup run (old rivalries back to the fore) Will they be the only ones not to get dogs abuse? Or do they get dogs abuse from both sides?
You'd have to have a cup run first, ie win a couple of games! Seriously, though, would they be allowed to play against us?
Well this is a little bit in the future.................. like next year maybe And in my idle mind-wandering......... they are playing for you after a successful loan time with us........... But the question remains - a) would they be the only ones not to get dogs abuse or, b) would they get dogs abuse from both sides?

I must admit at this moment in time I would settle for that mild mannered janitor............. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D403cb1UD2o
Depends if it's in the loan agreement whether they can play in the cup, or if Southampton want to prevent them being cup-tied. In theory, Southampton have more than enough strength in depth for a couple of players being cup-tied not to matter, in practice, they probably would prevent them playing in cup games just because they can. It would be nice for us to win an FA Cup game though, seeing as we haven't won one since around April 2010.
