Scummers going down?

But as Scummers go you are not such a bad one, and lack the usual arrogance offered generally by the stripey lot ,in fact quite likeable<laugh> <laugh>

However , that having been said ,I am planning to post a' Scummers going down 2' thread next season, following an anticipated mass Summer Scummer exodus from St.Fairy's and the additional fixtures that they will have to play having to get on the ferry from good old Pompey to St.Malo. I will be predicting another 'Fulham' or even better 'Wigan Athletic' scenario<whistle> <laugh> <laugh>

Yeah SB3 has given us good luck this season with this thread - definitely think you should do another one next year after our 'exodus'. Speaking of which haven't you lot already lost your best player of last year? <whistle>

On another note, can you lot try and win some cup games next year so we at least have a chance of a Derby? No going out to non league opposition again :)
 
No worries. I gather we are cutting out the dead wood, and going on a spending spree this summer , just like the old days<whistle> Few big names on big wages should do the trick......<whistle>

<laugh> More like a few out of contract signings on wages of a pack of peanuts and a copy of zoo! If you want to see a big name you only need to look at my avatar or the St Marys dugout <cheers>

On another note I was thinking about having a bet on you to go up as Champions next year, but 5/1 just isn't worth supporting you lot every week <laugh>

A call from the scousers......Nah.......... more like a call from the City boys....that way Manchester as whole will become Dutch.........<laugh> <laugh>......Oh..... actually that would make them double Dutch!

As long as you are not predicting a 'Portsmouth' I will be fine. Gotten too used to the taste of success to wallow in League two with the only excitement coming in the form of narrowly avoiding the Conference <ok>

At least they managed to stay in the league...onwards and upwards I say....... so we can renew our old rivalry.
I guess for the moment that honour will go to Bournemouth. Nice to see at least two south coastal teams in the top flight. Looking forward to it being three......(and I don't mean Brighton)
 
Have you got your Gooner shirt ready to wear next weekend? A Europa league spot for Saints if they win since they no longer give the place to the cup runners up.

Wrong methinks [no - nothing to do with saints finishing 7th]. I just think their should be more reward for reaching the FA Cup Final than for finishing 7th in the League that's all.

But them's the rules, so a European tour could be on the cards for you.
