The best of times ................ the worst of times. This season could've been a new record low, humiliated by the Mags, knocked out of the cups and relegated. Now we've done the double over the Mags, humiliated them on their own ground, flying in 2 cups and playing well. Margins lads, always the slightest of margins ..... we're not safe but we're no longer doomed.

nah it was **** mate, mags are smashing up there place again, gus kept his knees clean and pardew swallowed a wasp, we scored 3 and they scored none, pretty boring afternoon really, oh and there was a season ticket streaker, all in all a pretty uneventfull afternoon, you missed nothing
They had loads of shots and a few on target but I can only think of one where Vito had to pull out a decent save and it was already 2-0 (might even have been 3)! A "shot on target" is simply one that hits the target. Krul made more big saves than Vito did as most of Newcastle's shots were easy for the big lad
To be honest, we'd have been gutted if he'd let that in ............. Newcastle were garbage weren't they?
