    The sofa is great, fridge in my flat is the best I've ever owned too.

    Landlord got the bathroom repainted and the whole place is clean, my cheap rent makes this place a ****ing bargain <cool> <cool>

    Most ****s pay £600-£700 for a similar deal. We reckon our landlord died a while back and the estate agents are just keeping the rent.

    My area is ****ing lovely too. All the jealous anti-London haters on here have no idea...
