Hi there chaps, it's been a while. And during my leave of absence from posting on the site nearly six months ago, I've been creating a Liverpool FC website. It would be great if you could take a look and leave a comment either here or on the site with some feedback. Have an explore and tell me what you think.

About Us

There’s a large number of Liverpool FC blogs out there – some with excellent writing, a small number have lovely pretty features, and a minority have a pleasurable viewing experience. At Scouse Matters, we’ll be attempting to combine all of the above features and more, to not only inform, but to entertain.

Around the World Wide Web, you’ll find some incredibly interesting sites on Liverpool FC, which do their job excellently. But we feel the mix of innovative new features, combined with a good looking site and more in-depth, statistical based articles is something that hasn’t been completeely explored. So here we are.

Through exploring the site, you’ll find that there is a section named ‘Squad’. This page harbours hours of hard work amongst the Scouse Matters team in order to compile as much information as possible on the individual players of Liverpool FC. Obviously these are generally quite vague, which they’d need to be in order to analyse an entire career within a few paragraphs. As the months progress and the site grows, we shall review the content of the Profiles, ensuring they include updated, accurate information (and we’ll give them a nice face lift as well).

As mentioned earlier, the majority of our articles will be based upon statistics rather than opinion, and we’ll aim to be as objective as possible. As primarily an editorial site, as the team enlarges we’ll look to add more articles and widen our gauges. So, unfortunately, for the time being, we won’t be able to cover the entire goings on of Liverpool FC. The majority of articles will also include statistics which may come from a large number of sources, such as ESPN Gamecast and Guardian Chalkboards, with the large majority residing from Opta Sports, who are the world’s largest collector and distributor of vital sports’ statistics.

As with every site, we’re always looking to expand, and are always looking for additions to our already capable team. If you do feel that you can contribute towards the site in any way then email us at information @ the-scousers.com – even if you don’t feel your particular area would be of interest, drop us an email, and we’ll most likely get back to you.

But most importantly, enjoy yourself.

Eds, Founder of Scouse Matters.

First of all, welcome back Eds!

Just having a look around your website and it looks excellent! Loving the squad section you mentioned and the articles look well researched! (I shall read them later.)

I'm bookmarked it by the way! Nice work.

<ok>

**** sake Eds welcome back mate.

I wondered where you went.

On a serious note Eds your site looks quality - If I was sad enough to be a twitter user I would follow you (whatever that means, legal stalking?). I'll bookmark your site and be sure to regularly pay it a visit.

Good on ya mate <ok>
