The 8.5m reports are actually well wide of the mark. They have paid £3m up front with another £1.5m potentially in the form of addons, so the full value of the transfer if £4.5m. Still a lot for such an unproven player, he's 22 aswell so not as young as you'd think, but I must admit he does look a player.
