Well, let them have him. I believe Parker would have been good signing for championship-level but premiership can be too much for the injuryprone midfielder.

This (subject to fee/wages covered by departing players Granero, Diakite, Mbia etc)

Looks like our role in the transfer window is to alert other clubs to the availability and price range of players.

Pretty sure their agents would be doing that anyway, would prefer if Fulham would take Granero, Diakite, Mbia & BZ I'll even pay the taxi fare if they would.

Parker?...£2m?.....good business. Jesus, is the glass half empty or half full? Concern about things happening? Fine, we all have them at times but the almost constant negativity about things QPR is depressing. We're doomed before we start it seems.
Personally, I'm really excited about this season. I'm optimistic about the team we'll have at the end of the window, and feel that a huge amount of the changes that have been made since relegation have been been positive.

Sure, we've had two ****ty seasons, but this is a new one and I am going to enjoy it!

Way to go, 'Belfast' .............. good to hear your positive comments, I'm right with you. I think this season is shaping nicely. If we can snag Parker and Defoe ............. we have laid a great foundation.

Don't know how much truth is in it but reports suggest that Palace & Fulham are circling ..........

q.p.r now favourites to get him, there was a flurry of money on parker going to ffc, but rangers look to have got there if you go by the betting

He was 1/3 to come to us, it's looking too close to call now. In a World Cup year the PL will always have the advantage...

    Parker to choose ------------

QPR ( probably more money, opportunity to play weekly plus maybe captain? )
    OR
Fulham ( probably less money but still PL )

Our World Cup midfield (if we get past Montenegro or a playoff) could include Parker, Gerrard, Lampard.....Dad's Army or what? Wilshire seems ever more important.

Parker has to have a storming season to go to Brazil - wherever he ends up he'll be trying hard.

About we did things a little bit more covertly IMO. The circus that feeds us has its teeth into it now. Sidwell's career over if he goes to the Ruperts. I think maybe there is a hint of drama over this whole thing ... drama has to be milked out it seems The fact that its now cottage cheese from a very sore set of nipples.

I hate Redknapp for his quotes and leaks and this may even become another firework to blow up in his face if Parker goes to Fulham

parker 2 years at rangers and made captain and worked with harry before, you can see harry persuading him or
goes to Fulham will only be there probably for a season, but gets premiership football, if he can still cut it at this level, I would think he will go to queens park rangers, that's my hunch

The more I think about Parker bossing our midfield, the more I like it.
Hes good enough for another 2-3 years at NPC level as it is woefull.
If he gets MOM every week between now and Xmas, he will have to be looked at by the national side...
Like said previous...A fit, hungry parker with the captains armbad would be a formidable force. he could link the whole team together AND with the loss of Adel....he could be the one that take us up!!
Obviously there is no sell on value of any amount, but I'd happily take him as our Captain given the chance.!!
