    I can't think of a worse song than our national anthem. Isn't it meant to instil pride, passion and feverish patriotism? Instead we get that slow, plodding, cumbersome dirge. Give me Land of Hope and Glory or Jerusalem any day.

    Did I mention that I was at the first ever public performance of DLBiA? I think I did...

    The singing of our national anthem at England competitive games (particularly away) is fantastic.
