Wait, I thought all the Leicester fans said that they wouldnt take less than 5 and he was worth more like 10 million? Now he is only worth 4 million? At this rate lets just wait a week and they will end up paying us to take him off their hands.
Not "all" the Leicester fans, only the fantasist who writes as if he thinks he's the spokesman for both club and player - when in truth he knows no more than anyone else.

Hopefully we see less of them and their opinions, much better to have our own nonsense spouters (which includes me) to debate with.

Just seen ehab and papa sat down with the schmiecals in the food court at fosse park, ehab and papa both had hot baguettes and the schmiecals both had steak bakes and chicken slices and a sausage roll from greggs, accompanied by a costa coffee.

Just a friendly chit chat before shopping at sports direct and Marks and Sparks?

Why? Don't believe the crap these Lesster mongs are coming out with. Jack Butlant went from Brum to Sjoke in January for £3.5m and he's much better than Schmeichel.

One slight difference Strov... Birmingham were desperate for money and made every single one of their players available for transfer <doh>

So why didn't Stoke offer £1m then? Answer, whilst Birmingham made it known they wanted to sell, there was competition for his signature. At this moment in time there is no competition for Schmeichel. The only competition there might be in the future would be from Swansea, but that's it.

To be fair Pearson got the best out of Stewart so he might again. I think Bruce hasn't really got any time for Stewart and what seems to be a very poor attitude, Bruce was fumming when Stewart returned from Burnley very unfit.

You havent hit no jackpot

You have potentially won 120M

You get 60M for getting promoted and another 60M in parachute payments spread over 4 years when you get relegated

We dont need the money so dont expect us be bullied by a few quid. Just like you wasnt with Stewart

Fact 1: Last year of contract. If he doesn't sign a new one he leaves for free at the end of the season or a token amount in January.

Fact 2: There will only be a few clubs where he can realistically consider himself a premier league No1 Keeper - if he does well whatever the fortunes of the team he will move to a bigger club and progress his career. Of course he's going to choose to stay at a mid-table championship club who have just had their competitive advantage reduced by FFP regulations instead - how stupid of me!

Fact 3: You might not "need the money" but you may well need him off the books in order to comply with Financial Fair Play rules being brought in next season or risk a fine and transfer embargo.

Fact 4: Hull City's gaffer is good mates with Kasper's dad and the Bruce's and the Schmeichal's go back a long way.

Fact 5: If we want him, we'll get him for less than 4 million up-front - unless another premiership club comes in for him willing to offer him the 'keeper's jersey every week. I'd say somewhere between 2.5m and 3.5m (including add ons) will do it if the player wants to leave. Remember - your wage bill needs to reduce to comply with the FFP regs.

Fact 6: there's no "potentially" about the £120M. It is guaranteed income. The only "potential" factor is if we manage to stay up or are on telly a lot it could be more. We go up with a better base squad than last time. Whilst we expect it will be tough to stay up, last time we were told that we'd do worse than Derby's record low points tally and had exceeded that total by october - sorry if we yawn at these predictions of gloom - we've heard them all before.

Fact 6: Your rich owners are not really an advantage to the playing side any more unless they can invest in infrastructure to increase turnover. Investment in the playing squad has to be based on club turnover from next season, and for the next 4 years at least, ours is significantly higher than yours, hence we can and will out-spend you, whatever division we're in. The only way that will change is if you achieve with less money in the next few years what you couldn't in the last few despite the money being pumped in.

Fact 7: It is going to be even harder for you to compete next season with there being at least 9 clubs able to invest more in the playing squad than you and still comply with FFP. This year you didn't pull up any trees in the end did you?

... and I thought all the Hull fans had webbed feet, mackerel shaped willies and confided in whippets ... it would appear that I was mistaken and that was just an inaccurate generalisation ...

If Cam Stewart does go the other way as part of a deal, I'm sure that he'd have a proper go at getting back to his best.
Last chance maybe for the kid.
Sometimes you have to take a step backwards to re-build and come back stronger.
