Agreed, but a week ago he was in an ankle cast and hobbling on crutches. If Albrighton had been fit then I dont think he would have been risked.
... I'm not really having a go ... he will settle down and grow for the experience I'm sure ... but he gave the ball away on countless occasions ... and that can't all be down to fitness / injury ... more a case of panicking ... as I said ... I'm sure he'll learn to relax as the season progresses ... undoubtedly talented...
I just dont think that he ever looks comfortable on the left hand side which he is getting pushed out to for the majority of the game
Thought he and Mahrez swapped positions a lot on Saturday. Remember Knockaert slipping over when they scored, and breaking away second half only to stand on the ball - both of which were on the right hand side. The fluidity of being able to switch wings has been instrumental to our fluidity, and something that when Schlupp come on, stops.
... good to have the options ... we are nor going to steamroller sides like we did in the Championship hence we need to be me more flexible / adaptable ... all of Nige's substitutions worked on Saturday tbf ... as noted by others Hammond played very well in the event and we started to look more resolute after his introduction ...
