Pretty surprised you lot went up but would be more than happy if Swans, Hoops and Canaries all stay up......................Good luck boyos
This is absolutely unbelievable swansea are just starting their third season in the top tier Cardiff have had THIRTEEN seasons in the top tier, have had the highest finish of any Welsh club in the top tier, have scored more goals in the top tier in a season, have acheived a higher points total in a season in the top tier, and have won more games in the top tier, than swansea. they have spent more time in the higher echelons of the football keague, with a higher average attendance overall, Cardiff have appeared in three FA cup finals winning one, have won more games in European competition, and have got higher in European competition than Swansea. Swansea's lowest finish in the league is lower than Cardiff's, and Swansea have had to renege on debts twice...........interesting to see what you lot regard as "success"
What a surprise Proph, nobody cares to comment. Wurzel, leave the Welsh affairs for Cardiff and Swansea you turnip munching inbred.
premiership drunks please and not lower league fodder....get it right....we are premiership something the blue tits can only dream about....always in our shadow and always will be...
History is interesting but irrelevant. Where we are right now is what counts but it only takes a season for everything to change....... Both clubs have had their ups and their downs. It is a fact that Cardiff have enjoyed a longer stay at the top level than we have - so I don't get the argument about them having always been in our shadow. It is equally true that Swansea will be the first Welsh club to compete in the Premiership, as well as having been the last Welsh club to play in the top tier. So when will these pointless comparisons end? Both sets of supporters rightly believe that their club is the best and will trot out the statistics to prove it - and they can be interpreted to prove anything depending upon the yardstick that you choose to use. Why don't we all just get on with supporting our respective clubs and stop all this mindless mud-slinging?
its here and now, today and today we are the no1 club in wales, thats all that counts nothing else....
50+ points you say Dai....hahahaha....senile ****er! Have no problems with you guys going up. You deserved it we didn't. But to suggest that history is irrelevant is plain crazy. It is history what makes the club what it is. You can't decide to ignore 100 years of our history because it is better than yours. Total lack of respect for your club and the players who played for you. Pathetic and embarrassing!!! If history is so irrelevant...well...we will remind you of that when you come back down but will still be bleating for the next 20 years about your one season in the prem!
one thing i do agree with is that div2, non league, are the true fans, clubs like ours has a couple of thousand at best who are true fans and the rest are glory fans and only go when the club is doing good, i saw wrexham with under 1,000 in attendance at some games and newport even less. so yes its true that every club has just a nominal amount of real fans and the rest will go when times are good..
