Sorry, Chaps, but I insist nothing is awarded until some fecker explains what the feck has being going on. My head is spinning with trying to follow all these spurious threads & posts. I don't care who's guilty & who's not - I just want someone to make it crystal clear what's happened.

The balance of probabilities mean the correct decision was eventually arrived at.
It is more likely than not that Elland acted improperly when trying to get supermods on board in an attempt to avoid a SBA nom.
The level of proof on the SBA is not set at the level of beyond reasonable doubt. This is a rule that Kim ain't written yet but will happily confirm at some point.

The post to which you refer is a belated attempt to undermine the evidence that had been previously supplied.
Free him, he should be sharing David Haighs cell. At one point he was trying to wriggle out of the SBA and land it on me. I know you wil be horrified at such an attempt of fratricide.
