Harry also re-signs the same players over and over again. Faurlin is a great player and a true R who will give 100% for the shirt. Would be top of my team sheet if he can regain the form he showed in our promotion year.
Faurlin is in his mid 20s, Parker is 32. While Parker is better now, it will only be a year or two before Faurlin is the better player. Faurlin is more than good enough for the NPC, lets worry about getting a PL replacement if and when we get there. Saints just signed Wanyama and even though it was for £10m, it will work out being cheaper than Parker when wages and the next fee are taken into account.
