Struggling to think what this transfer window means (if Rose is our last piece of business) on one hand we have decent players brought in with the option to buy meaning Ashley isn’t paying full money which could mean the new owners would pay up if they wanted to keep them.

Or on the other hand Ashley is being a tight fisted c*nt once again and just doesn’t want to pay upfront and is seeing the smaller picture, which will inevitably leave us short in the summer when the loans end.

This rose transfer has caught me by suprise to say the least, 29 years old which we never opt for in transfers. High wages, which Ashley is usually a tight arse about & he’s actually a good proven player for a CL team.

More questions than answers at NUFC, as usual.

Pure desperation thinking the transfers might on this occasion be low cost options due to an impending takeover. We've had 12 years or so to get used to Ashley being tight with funds. That Rose has high wages means nothing - it's still a low cost option to increase our chances of staying up, probably with the intent to sign Willems (hopefully) in the summer if he recovers well. MA has previous with giving the thumbs up to higher waged half-season loans - Slimani for example, so nothing can be read into it.

That’s what I mean, more questions than answers as usual. It’s all good us all having our opinions, but the only person who truly knows is Ashley and the fact he says sod all to us fans just keeps us in the dark as per.

& I genuinely think Rose will join us permanently come the summer.
See how he fares. Will he be a better option than Willems? Or Dummett? We’ve seen what they can both do, we’re in a no lose situation imo. Keep one, send the other one back. Willems impressed me after his dreadful first game so Rose has got his work cut out. Seems a class player, but does he want to be here?

Every January, like clockwork, The fat slug pull this out the bag. Are we bloody stupid to go along with this bullshit as usual??

Yes.......

It's done....<laugh>

The last fake over was it for me. Not been to a game since.
Ashley gets too much resources out of the place to ever want to sell. My faith died last time.
