It takes a lot of effort to watch MOTD, most of the time I just delete without watching it. If Liverpool have been beaten I’ll give it a view but mostly don’t bother.

Not sure what your arguments are. If the Saudis want to start a league then fine, it's up to them. I hope it succeeds but I don't feel any allegiance to it.

And Africans growing up in poverty taking funds back to their villages? Are we all supposed to watch it to support them?

A few years ago, Chinese and Russian clubs were playing big salaries for high profile players and not sure many Europeans started watching the Chinese or Russia league, so doubt many Europeans will regularly watch SA football. More money for the players though, so a good thing.

If it does get popular and competitive, probably see the idea of a European league being touted again, as clubs will want the increased income and profile to compete against SA money.

2 x Kids in my lads School playground had Al Nassr shirts on today (the kids were allowed to wear something Yellow and Black for a Spelling Bee competition). I should add his School is not in Saudi Arabia it is in Hedon!

Mind you he was in his AFC Wimbledon shirt I brought him home from London when I was down there so he is probbaly just as much of a cock as the other two kids to be fair. I've never seen a yellow and blue bee in my life.
