It's not sour grapes mate. Look at the bigger picture. I'm sure ye'll back thirty or so horses who'll be done by flithy ****ers like that Ivory ****. Ye're at nothing then.

Doalittle, if I can get the inside track on anything I am happy to take it. Most yards are on the fiddle and they have to be to survive. Don't hate the player hate the game.
Have a read of the spotlight comments on Jonjo O'Neills runner in the second race at Windsor tonight. ATR, RP and Timeform all pretty much point out that this horse might drastically improve now it is in a handicap. Doesn't that highlight to you that the authorities should be doing something more about this sort of behaviour?

I am also happy with the way we campaign our horse. We had one lad in the syndicate who wanted him pulled to get a better mark. We happily purchased his share back and said adieu.

Ah but all crap that's been written here about Jim Best, Jim Crowley, etc. but somehow it's a different story once some lad is has his few pounds on the right side of it. Give me a break.

There was no skullduggery, just a decent horse who had a chance from the mark on its best form, the horse had absolutely nothing to hide after 40 odd runs and was dropped 2 pounds from its last run, the soft ground probably helped as well.

Anyone who thinks they knew it was winning and allowed it to start at 47 on betfair has lost the ****ing plot.

There appears no plan to retire, Dettori wasnt booked months ago, it wasnt the masterplan all along. The OP concocted a fantasy and this time the horse won.

I shall see Dean on Wednesday in O&T and just for you I shall ask him when he booked Frankie. Let you know what he says.

No wonder people don't bother with this forum. Put a 33/1 winner up....and get slagged, slated, called a liar and a fantasist!!!!
    You couldn't make it up.
Sour grapes??? There's enough around to fill an Olympic swimming pool with red wine vinegar!!!

I really am completely baffled by the criticism on this thread. It's a racing forum full of (mostly) strangers who come on looking for and to post tips. Some bloke has put up a horse at 33/1 which wins. Then because his story may or may not be bullshit he gets slated. THEN because the horse hasn't won for a while and isn't a particularly 'classy' animal or because, shock horror, horse racing might be a little bit dishonest yet again it's slated. I didn't have a penny on as I previously stated, I used my own judgement and decided against it. For the life of me I can't understand why this thread wasnt just full of replies saying well done Chelsea and that's the end of it. I don't know if it's people who didn't back it and wish they had or people pissed off they lost out to this horse or just general bitterness but it's such a shame to see on, what, for the most part is a very very good forum

He was called a a fantasist before it won, the fact that it won is irrelevant as far as im concerned, nobody said it couldnt win. Somebody has to call bullshit.

My point is though why does the bullshit matter? or why does it bother you so much? Why can't you just say 'well done Chelsea, you found the winner'. The fact that it was a massive price and people won money on it is just a bonus.

So your issue is that you think someone, who you don't know and who posts anonymously on an open Internet forum might be a little bit dishonest. Ok fair enough.

I'm pretty sure everyone has had their say and I don't think there is any purpose to be served by keeping this thread, and the other related one, open any longer.
