How am I one of your detractors? I actually quite like you as a poster, atleast you give us something to debate.

I wish I had seen the race live. I was at an all-day event but I knew it had won when I got a text from a betting friend who I had told to back it each-way on Thursday. His text read “Get in there”.

Well done Chelsea. <cheers> Yet another fantastic piece of info. I have had three bets at Goodwood and the only winner came from you.

Just glad that the betting slip was at home because the guys I was with thought it would be my round all night!

Keep it coming and ignore the disbelievers because it is a money business!!!

strange really , this thread was started as info which proved to be spot on , the thin skinned charmeleon from glasghi takes exception and ends with egg on his boat . suprised that a top judge would be so bothered about a relatively small forum

Dettori had never ridden Lancelot Du Lac and Ivory, who is contemplating the William Hill Ayr Gold Cup and Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes for his willing winner, said: "Adam Kirby was going to ride but he had a ride for Clive Cox at Newmarket.

"Frankie's agent Ray Cochrane and I go way back so I phoned him and said I've a spare ride and was it okay for Frankie to ride.

"He said,'Dean, I'd love him to ride for you'."

As I said, full of utter ****e, well done on the winner who you have been following for years and well done anyone who backed it, but I think people should know that the side stories are complete fantasy if they are going to putting money down on your 'info'

Mate seriously so what? Who cares if his story holds true or not, surely the point is he put up a big winner and who really cares if the rest is total bullshit. If people come on here and are backing horses just because some stranger on the internet tells them to, then more fool them. Personally I think you're very knowledgeable and a really good tipster but do I trust or believe everything you post, do I bollocks. I don't know why you seem so intent on ****ting on chelseas tip but can't you just say well done and thanks? It doesn't impact you in anyway if the rest of his story is false so why so determined to prove him a fraud

No but I also dont think they randomly make up a story about a jockey for no reason.

They may not want to spoil the price of the horse.

Ivory, one of the few trainers based within the M25, was delighted. “We were going to run three and Robert Winston was going to ride Tropics but we took him out because of the ground. I’d booked Frankie by then so Robert said he’d ride Stake Acclaim. Lancelot Du Lac has always had a big race in him – and it was today. It’s been an up and down season and I’m thrilled for everyone.”

Tells one rag one story and another a different version.

Having been present at some after race interviews I can tell you that trainers spew out a right load of bullshit

This was from the interview after the race. Cant think of any reason why a trainer would create a story about a jockey being supposed to ride, its irrelevant information after the race.

Its been fairly obvious with the extravagant claims of expected emphatic wins and maximum yard confidence etc to know its all tipster cliche nonsense, I wouldnt be bothered if everyone else knew it was nonsense but seems vast majority are hooked believing its real 'info'.

The Ivory quote is just evidence which suggests he, or his cousin, created the story about Frankie being booked since march to ride this handicap cert <laugh>

The telling thing for me from that interview was that Winston was very obviously on the second string (who ran really well) that speaks volumes.

I don't think it's a case of wether people believe its info or not, I personally do not care either way wether it is or it isn't.

All I know is the horse won at 33/1, so he deserves huge credit for posting a winner at those odds on here. Very few have posted winners of that price on here.

I think pretty much everyone else would agree that you can say whatever you like if you select winners at that price.

Nobody else apart from you, seems to care less about where the info has come from.

So by that reckoning everyone should shut up and not say a word about my posts because ive put up big priced winners, I can say what I want and no one should challenge me?

Lancelot betfair sp was 48, Stake Acclaim was 37

Lined up all season with Dettori booked since march and they let it go off 48 and 11 points bigger than their other horse, seems legit

seems about as legit as a trainer expecting to win Group 1s emphatically

The reality is, Lancelot Du Lac is a horse the OP has been following for years and he got lucky that it won on one of the days he made up a story

Ill be very susprised if the OP doesnt appear when lancelot runs in the Group 1 at Ascot shouting that the yard decided not to retire it because they remembered it was a gelding, they expect it to win, max confidence and it will be tailed off

They may be confident and expecting to win but the horse at the end of the day has to do the main part and as well all know it doesn't always come off! I bet coolmore were expecting Caravaggio to win the July cup and the betting showed that but he ran a shower of ****!

Joe everyone respects you and thinks you are a great tipster especially in the international scene but come on whether it's info or not and I get your point about putting up 'info' when it's not but Chelsea has proved (even tho he doesn't need to)more than once that I'm sure it's not just luck!!
