.......and so were Everton today, losing 2-1 at Old Trafford, where David De Gea was absolutely outstanding, saving a Baines penalty (his first miss in 11), just before HT, and numerous outstanding late saves to secure victory.

At least for the time being Everton are keeping us company down there, but they appear to be a different kettle of fish compared to us right now - another slow start to the season start for them, not so sure about us?

I wonder if that same scenario will work out for Wenger today?

"Arsene Wenger will be praying his Jose Mourinho hoodoo doesn't hit again. He's never beaten the Chelsea boss in 11 previous encounters."

De Gea in particular gives us the chance of getting out of the bottom 3 with a win today. ComeonUR

While I wait for our match I'm watching Spurs v Saints (0-0 after 35 mins).

Pretty even between the two teams right now with some crunching challenges, although Mick Jones is keeping the cards in his pocket for now.

Of course, I missed Christian Eriksen's goal on 40 min when I fixed myself a tasty bowl of Biryani rice leftovers for my brunch!

Shortly after that goal Nacer Chadli hit the post as the goal beckoned, so Saints lucky to still be in the game only 1-0 down.

We've already played both of them away from home, losing heavily to Spurs, but with a much closer game at Saints, especially our 2nd half performance - I only hope against WHU we can start the game playing like that.
