I didn't like the sound of GFH very early on and December last year I said when we were in the top 6 I believe we were batting above our station, that we would finish below half way and McD was crap. I didn't like Kebe or Stewart either after two games in. If that was being negative I accept guilty, I see it as being realistic Let's be absolutely honest, before this season started what can any fan take out from being a supporter that was genuinely positive and lasted more than one result? Bates bleeding us dry, administration and the threat of going under again. Points deductions, best players sold poorest Arabs in the world buying us, failed drawn out take overs, failing to finish in the top half, thrashings, managers buying crap players, honestly there hasn't been a lot to be rosy about, it has been a pretty rough time for us as a club I said this weekend that As Things Stand I think we will be bottom 6, that was theoretical as it sounds like we have brought in the Milan kid and hopefully more will follow. I don't believe we will have the best start to the season but let's hope a new striker and CB will be in sooner rather than later
As I recall, he posted saying he was off to work abroad. Think it was an island - Crete or Cyprus or somewhere. Seemed really upbeat about it, and wanted to escape all the doom & gloom over here. I doff my cap to him. I miss our spats.
He changed his name (can't for the life of me remember what to) and apologised for some of his behaviour explaining how he suffers from serious mood swings. I too seem to remember him saying he was taking a break.
Cojones is his current moniker. Think my favourite spat with him is when we both had a visit from the black dog at the same time & wouldn't give in.
That's it, http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/256693-an-apology is the thread I am thinking of and it was anger management issues and Tenerife is where he is at now.
Just to put our result against Dundee United into perspective - my beloved Partick Thistle (also SPL) just cuffed Sunderland 3-1 tonight. And believe me, Dundee U are better than the Jags, it pains me to admit. So our result is quite significant after all.
Looking at going to wall on Saturday, but ATM it's on the train. Free ticket into hospitality but bloody gner are fecking robbing twats with fares at short notice. I blame mighty.
