Afternoon troopers Going to throw a few cards today!
Limerick 3.25-I'm told Duck Egg Blue is expected to go close.Running off top weight though but is working well at home I hear.9/2 win.
Nmt-2.55-Aob can do no wrong at the minute and the Anvil can take this after going close in the Royal Lodge over c&d two weeks ago.In the big one Sweet Selection should make a bold bid running off a lovely mark of 87 and should stay the trip.Starchtect is another that jumps out and has been out away for this after winning impressively at Salisbury in May. Has plot job written all over it.
York 3.45-Really fancy Captain Colby in the Sprint running from stall one.Very impressive at Doncastor lto and still looks to be on a nice mark
Mr D !! Kudos and thanks for my duck egg omelette !! SBC and your good self have been in fire recently - cheers mate much appreciated !!!

Well done on the Ces winner Ste <applause>

Fine performance from Ballyoptic off 148 there - love to see him go for the Coral Hurdle off the back of that.

Hexham ready to start racing again! Hopefully the jockeys delayed departure doesnt impact his recovery/injury.

Not sure what the delay to the air ambulance was caused by but it all sounds a bit like "Dad's Army". As you say, hopefully no negative impact on Henry Brooke's condition.

I do not expect that the Guineas and Derby prices of Churchill have contracted much with the 99-rated pacemaker Lancaster Bomber in such close proximity.

Feck that waited nearly 2 hours for Ethelwyn to lose! Have a great night guys Im off to watch Scotland! God knows why I bother boring boring stuff!

Nice to see some decent jumping stuff on from Cheppy boys, shame Channel 4 didn't show any of it rather than showing the flat stuff and it's just an O'Brien Group 1 stranglehold as usual <doh>

Fabre has sent one over in the last at Newmarket. Obviously Johannes Vermeer is clear on all known ratings but his Group1 form looks a bit more suspect now and he's been off a long time. For him you'd think a running on 3rd would be satisfactory today.

As we know, Fabre doesn't like to waste a trip and I've taken a small play on Ancient History

Aside from the racing today has anyone caught the rugby (S.Africa v NZ)?

Ultimate test for the British Lions next year <yikes>
