About 10 mins ago I was going to put up LAUBALI at Wolvers as the sportinglife gave it a good write up, only just gone and won too.

 

Busy day today so didn't get to see the racing live but just caught up on the action and what a great performance from Altior. Just awesome..so strong at the finish in pretty poor conditions.

 

just back from Sandown, what a day . You might have a aftertime whinge but it started off like it was gonna be a long day but Venetia came good and returned a nice 16/1 winner in eminent poet who led from start to finish. Was chatting to one of my Irish cousins who put me onto orauna who was backed ew with a nice return. Altior was awesome in despatching un de sceaux who I thought put up a mammoth performance . Lalor I thought suffered from inexperience from the yard in running in the first place but massive respect to them for turning up, and I think they’ll have a big day when they wise up, but that’s what we love about small operations. They step up. On apples shakira what a load of bollocks, one of my more esteemed friend observed that gerahty is a fraud and on that performance it was hard to disagree. Overall a top day out courtesy of paddy power , and spurs won as well.

Ticquer in the last at aintree finished like a train , he was the 40/1 outsider but ran a real stormer , next time out he won't be anywhere in double figure odds .
