Nothing to learn from that, but at least Sensulano's connections picked up the place money :)

    hi fellas!

    wincanton,2 05:

a very open race, with all having something to recommend them, but a narrow vote goes to ex-irish CALTEX,who ran a fine race on his first start for this yard, and even on his irish form, can be considered here.so,despite having to shoulder top-weight today, cant be left out of calculations here, for a yard, thats going well..

Considering he is the boss at Closutton ol Willie boy doesn't know much does he? Doesn't know what Laurina's plans are, doesn't know who his best Champion Hurdle horse is <laugh>. I don't know why they bother interviewing him to be honest.

    sandown,2 25: TOLWORTH HURDLE

rathhill is the big unknown qunatitiy here, and hes much respected, but ELIXIER DE NUTZ is a far more battle-hardened rival, and his last winning form has been franked by the second horse, just a few days ago..so,good chance he ll put it up to the henderson horse here..

Going with Southfield Stone next at Sanders.

I have no axe to grind against Timeform but look at their comments re Southfields chances ...

"Really progressive sort who is 2 from 2 since switched to chasing, having any amount in hand when making all at Taunton last month, so well worthy of a try at this level for all he has a bit to find. "

Ok - he is running in a hurdle not a chase, and has only ever hurdled. And why does he have a lot to find - he is joint top rated on OR

    Rant over!

Almost as pointless as his Saturday Racing Post column, I still read it for the laugh though.

Because they don’t look at Official ratings when giving horses Timeform ratings!

Ran a good race but given the second is a dodgepot I’m suggesting that wasn’t a brilliant race

Well done jumpsfan. EDN was 5lb clear top rated but that Rathhill was only 10lb behind with a big P. I bet that P has gone now; ran more like a horse needing a big P

Rathhill was awful. Wasn't expecting that...I guess didn't go in the ground.

You know your horses Ron. Tell me how can a top trainer get a horse to the track for a hurdle race and it jump them all like he was jumping fences. Wouldn't that show up in schooling or could it be he just lost the plot due to a lack of experience and up in grade. I didn't see his debut over hurdles so I've no idea how he jumped that day.

    sandown,3 00:

LOOSE CHIPS is a horse,i really adore, and that already for years and years.i love seeing him go off hammer and tongues, and really winging his fences!so,if hes able to do that today,he can give a bold sight again, and, hopefully, win again..decent e w value.

Best race of the day - the OAP's :)

I'm with Rathlin Rose, but would not mind at all if Pete The Feat can do it once more.

VALUE AT RISK is another,i like a lot,and though having shown not too much so far this season,he has a big shout,if back to his best form, when winning at the ayr meeting in april.
